Everything great.

All three showers the water pressure is very low, and also we saw a few roaches around the house.

"A great family house"

Location was great. A golf cart would be helpful. It is a 15 minute walk for sure and with all beach stuff, can seem long. The pool for the kids was great! Enough room for our 12 to stay.

Felt some sand in our beds 1st night. But not enough to lose sleep over. A newer working vacuum, and broom would serve well. But honestly just having to fill in space for comments it was great.

Location was pretty good. We did rent a golf cart for the week so we could easily get all our belongings to the beach. We were unsure about public beach parking. The house is nice, pool is wonderful.

I think when you say "minutes walk to the beach" you should say 15 minutes. It would have made a difference with the kids we had. The neighborhood is VERY strict with parking regulations, that would have been good to know before we arrived.
