The Floranada Condo - Pompano Beach 19

It was a nice place to stay.easy to get down to the beach.

The cruise ship got in early and dropped us off at Floranda. We sat outside for 5 hrs waiting to go in they could have made an exception to go inside the room. The cleaning people were finished at 11 am. But the place was ok please add dish towels for the kitchen!

The Worst place rental ever! The first night I could not take a shower because no HOT WATER in the bathroom in any source. I asked for the Refund for the first night and I have never received answer. For my was the WORST EXPERIENCE IN FLORIDA.

Grounds, pool, location and the small size of the community are great.

Condo needs some maintenance

Proximity to the beach. Access to pool. Easy check in. Clean.

Extremely noisy cooling system. Super thin living room curtains. Kitchen blinds tattered. Towels had a strong bleach smell.

It had all of the comforts of home. The air conditioner operated at a temperature that was just right, not too cold or warm. The pool was heated with lots of lounges. There was a large TV in the living room that got Netflix. Lots of closet space and drawers for out things and a walk. In shower. We cooked a few meals and had all of the dish ware and cutlery we needed.There were coin operated laundry facilities in the next building. Our apartment was on the second floor.

We had a small problem with the cable box in the bedroom tv. The owner responded quickly to our issue.

Everything was very clean and tidy. There are 3 rooms: a bedroom, living room, and small kitchen. All very nice. The pool and outside sitting areas are lovely. The location is a short walk (one block) to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the location has easy access to major roads and highways.

One relatively minor annoyance was that the A/C blew so hard in the kitchen that it was uncomfortable to work there. We would turn the A/C off when we were doing dishes or spending time in the kitchen. The A/C air filter was dirty and needs to be replaced. We alerted the owners who stated they would take care of it. (We didn't stay long enough to know if they did - but they were very responsive.) We also had one peculiar weird problem which really didn't impact us significantly other than delay us from relaxing on our first day. Upon checking in, there was a problem with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom - so it had to be disconnected during our stay. Again, the owners promptly responded to us and scheduled a repairman to come the next day, but the part was not available until after we departed.

It was a pleasant quiet place near the beach! Very clean and had a pool with two Bbq grills. I loved that it was a full apartment with everything you needed including a tv in the bedroom and living room. Also they give you everything you need to go to the beach which is only one block away…

The only critique that I would have is that I paid for cleaning and thought that they would come and offer clean towels on a daily basis. But I cleaned myself every day and before I left I cleaned the entire apartment. Note to the property owners they should include a mop and bucket so that the people who do stay can mop up any spills…
