Charged me a seperate security deposit fee of $300 that I had to pay through zelle prior to entering the house. also charged a zelle payment of 50 dollars per night for a hottub that never worked. they gave me the wrong door code so I was stuck outside the house for an hour before I received the correct code. no washer/dryer on premise and the house listing is misleading. One bedroom was the attic which not many people can stand comfortably in. Left no extra toilet tissue or garbage bags, no mop or cleaning supplies but I still managed to clean and buy bags to pick up garbage but they are trying to charge me 700 for a cleaning fee and scratches on the wood floor that we never even noticed was there.

The location was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Shower was small but had excellent hot water.

The address on the listing is not the actual address. I was informed that I would be given the address 2pm day of arrival and it didn't happen. i was sending text on the app to no answer so I had to text the number on the listing. When I received the actual address, I arrived and the apartment the refrigerator was off, The Television in the dining area is not working. In the kitchenette they have as induction cooking plate which requires a magnetic pot or pan to cook with. They didn't know this when I asked them about it. It rained in the area and water was leaking into the toilet area. No attempt of compensation was offered. they only said thank you for letting us know.
