Location, super well stocked, very comfortable bed, attentive concierge, great in-room espresso!

It was spacious, unbelievably well equipped with everything I could’ve imagined that I could possibly need. I loved the quiet neighborhood and the tree-lined streets.

It was very comfortable and close to attractions of the area (Stanford University, University Aveneu). Very well equiped.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this little studio. The location was amazing, and I was able to walk to the Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto rather than taking taxis every time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the hosts and house manager were extremely helpful and nice. The house is also well-stocked with anything you might need during your stay - soaps, hangers, iron, coffee and tea supplies, etc. I just wish I had more time to enjoy their backyard, it's very nice! I'd definitely stay here again the next time I come to the area.

I ran into a few bumps during my stay. First there was a spider problem, then the AC wasn't set up properly, but the manager was super responsive, sending out a cleaner for the spiders and the host came over to fix the AC. I was happy with how responsive and friendly they both were any time I needed something. The mattress is also very very soft, so it gave me some back pain after a few days of sleeping on it as I personally prefer firmer beds.
