The location was excellent — situated in South Beach, close to the beach, and within a good walking distance of the Art Deco District. Just 25 minutes from the airport. The studio we had originally booked was unexpectedly unavailable at the last minute, but we were given another studio instead, which was very beautiful, clean, and well-equipped

Due to the last-minute change of the studio by the host and the resulting adjustments, there was confusion at check-in, which caused a delay. Because of this change, one bed was missing, and we had to order an extra bed ourselves and pay $60 per night for it, even though the switch of studios was initiated by the host. Additionally, the final cleaning fee of $155 was never communicated in advance, and we were also charged a service/cleaning fee of $80 for a service that was never performed. At check-out, I was again told to contact the host directly. Very disappointing service and hospitality. Furthermore, the overall quality of the complex—including the pool, terraces, cushions, and towels—was substandard for a property like this. The pool was dirty, the lounge chairs and sofas were in poor condition and unclean, and the entrance doors and windows were not properly maintained. The overall impression was of a complex that does not prioritize cleanliness or guest service, despite claiming otherwise in all its communications. While I had a positive experience with the studio itself, I was definitely not satisfied with the complex, the level of service and hospitality, or the lack of transparency regarding the pricing.

I’m not the first time at this hotel. This time the room I got not what I booked and paid for. Terrible experience! I paid for Luxury Suite and got Deluxe room… Please be careful.

I got a room with one bathroom and I booked for 2 . Traveled with 4 people and room set up for 2. Carpet dirty and smells, refrigerator soooo old and looks dirty, one of TV broke in 2 days and staff came to replace it at 10 pm , door in the bathroom very loose and I cut my finger, furniture is old, spotted, air filter is so dirty I can say probably more but I will stop here.

excellent room, super clean, a beautiful view of the ocean, super perfect property, good restaurants, pool, bar, and nightclub its good.

It was close to the ocean.

No view, room wasn't clean, and fridge didn't work.
