Location clean hot tub

Stains on bedspread ... poor internet connection sunken in beds...master bath tub .. layout... pictures manipulated to avoid problem areas

The location is excellent. One mile from Applewood Farms and easy access to the strip in Pigeon Forge. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups, both two and four legged.

The house was not very clean. There were drip marks near every light switch, stains all over the walls, and stains in the toilets. The house itself has a lot of potential but has definitely had “The Handyman Special”. The banister upstairs has an L-bracket holding it in place, the rotted steps to the hot tub were covered by composite tiles, and all the rugs were curled up around the edges. I’m surprised no one has been injured yet. We were very disappointed that we could not use the screened in porch and were confused as to why all repairs were poorly done. The appliances and finishing trim look as though they were from a different house. The foundation says its a new building but the finish work says its still 1982. We will be looking for a different place for next year. I did let the property owner know that the place was dirty and she did offer to send someone out, so I will give them that. The owner seemed responsive but should probably check the property herself once in a while.

House is huge! Location was GREAT! Customer service response was outstanding!!

Housed smelled moldy. Whirlpool jets looked nasty. Beds were not comfortable at all!!!
