USEasy access to the property and great communication from the host. Cute and quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked with things that other properties do not always have, like coffee and spices. There are also two air mattresses available, so guests do not have to double up in beds, if they don't want to. There is also a washer and dryer with detergent, if you forgot your own.
The backyard is widely visible to four other backyards, not a big deal, just should be noted. Definitely room for 8 guests, but there were only enough towels for 6. Again, not a deal breaker.
