"It not a bad place to stay it just needs some attention,"

Location

It had a musty smell you could tell it had been flooded at one time, stained curtains, the outside patio furniture cushions need replaced we could not use the furniture, also the living room had cereal under every piece of furniture, not well cleaned,

"Great ASt. Augustine house- clean and cute and close to everything."

Great location. Cute, clean, spacious house with lovely layout, beautiful bird watching window and back porch to sip coffee on. Also safe location. Good for dog walking. Very well equipped kitchen.

Really don’t have anything negative to say at all. If I had to say anything constructive at all- I’d say the towels were a little rough/scratchy & the outside fence could use a fresh coat of paint.

"Best location and a really nice house to relax in"

Such a fun house to ride bikes from everywhere in St Augustine. The house itself was well appointed and very comfortable. And the views over the Marsh were really nice.
