Location was great.

Bedroom on first floor mattress very uncomfortable.Need better mattress

Location was excellent and the clubhouse was close by for swimming / gym etc

This property had everything that you need for a two weeks stay, with washer / drier , large daily areas and dining areas etc , however , the property was a little bit tired and really needs a bit of TLC. This would not have been as noticeable had the cleanliness of the villa been better. The kitchen in particular was pretty mucky, with spatters all over the kitchen cabinet doors and a dirty looking kitchen sink. The top of the fridge was also thick with dust and grime and obviously hasn’t been given a wipe down in a very long time. The window ledge isn’t the landing was thick with dust , as were the Venetian blinds , nothing a good wipe down wouldn’t have fixed. The bedrooms were tidy and had a lot of storage space , and beds were comfortable. All bedding seemed clean. The bathrooms again needed a bit of TLC with brown / black sealant around shower trays / baths etc. The shower in the main bathroom had a very temperamental handle which kept falling off and the bottom plastic bit on the shower door came off , which was extremely grimy. Outside in the pool area there were two BBQ’s one of which was uncovered and had a pot underneath it catching red / brown grease which was running out onto the patio. Not very nice to see. The pool was good for the kids and was maintained and levels checked twice whilst we were there. So overall, the accommodation was ok but could have been better if it had been a higher level of cleanliness. I understand that these properties have 100’s of people staying in them so wear and tear is expected, but it’s definitely time to give the place a wee going over. Cleaning it properly would make a huge difference in the first instance. I did message the property people On our first day to advise them of the lack of cleaning in different areas and also offered photos, but no response was made to me over that.

The only thing we enjoyed about the property was the fact that it was so close to Disney World literally just a few minutes away.

Our Check in time was at 4 pm. We arrived at 3:57 pm and there were 2 women leaving saying they had cleaned the Air Bnb and would be back with more supplies and to enjoy our stay. they never returned with any supplies. The house was nasty the pool area was nasty. When we made it upstairs the house was so hot and the air wasn’t working. The covers floors and bathrooms don’t looked like they had been sanitized at all. The beds slept horribly some were like rocking chairs some were like laying on the pavement outside because they were so hard and others felt like they were hanging on by a thread. The dryer didn’t work so we had to find a laundry mat to dry clothes all while on vacation. It took the host forever to respond then when he finally did about the air he had the nerve to tell us to flip the breaker again all while on what was support be a vacation! This house is one I will NEVER book again and I always enjoy booking Storey Lake until now! With all we had to endure we should have been refunded at LEAST half of our money because the house wasn’t worth $500. The host could really care less if we were accommodated. My older kids went to the Splash pad and pool area and were told after showing the instructions the host sent us for our stay that they couldn’t come in because they didn’t have physical proof that we were staying there. I NEVER received ANYTHING physical and I felt like the only reason they didn’t let them in is because they were black! My family got in the pool the first day and we were not even notified that it had not been cleaned already until the pool cleaners showed up the next day out of the blue! The host FAILED to even mention this! I booked MONTHS ago the house should have been more than READY by the time we arrived!!

Beautiful area quiet but close to everything . You could walk to the resort which was enjoyable as well as walk to shops

The neighborhood was great! We had kids ages 15 years old to a 1 year old. The kids loved the water park. It was about a 2 minute walk. It was a perfect location. The house was comfortable for everyone. The kids loved the game room! My 6 year old was OBSESSED with the mermaid room, she didn’t want to leave the room! The owner was very good about answering any questions I had about the property. Definitely will be back to this specific house in the future!
