I asked about canceling because our tournaments ended early and we didn’t need to stay that night. However, they just went ahead and canceled and refunded less than half of what I paid for it. They asked about making an exception, and the host never responded. I would’ve rather just stayed an extra night since they canceled. They refunded so little of my money. Communication was not good through the service or the host. I will not use the service again or book with this host. I’d rather sleep in my car first.
