"Quiet, peaceful, beautiful getaway."

The studio is small but efficient. Beds comfortable. Good AC. Enough pots/plates/glasses in kitchen. Plenty of hot water and good wifi. Watching the sky over the lake and the herons and ducks was delightful. We really appreciated all the beach chairs/kayaks/paddle boards/canoe as our niece and nephew and their kids paid a visit. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck. Diana and Ken were very gracious and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The cottage is unique, cute, comfortable and in an amazing nesting. If you are in need of a quiet and pieceful place but still close to Dallas this is the perfect place to be.

Nothing to complain, really. Maybe bring your own internet, the pace of the place has somehow affected the provided wifi :-)
