Noise outside the bedroom window from some kind of machine/appliance/motor was very annoying and disturbed my sleep. TV was unintelligible to me! Couldn’t simply find channels. Why so complicated with no instructions?!

Communication via Bookings.com was poor. I emailed about keys was slow. Parking was not available on property. Also, when I arrived late at nigh and struggled to find property and called texted the number given to me - I was given a different incorrect address.
