Beautiful scenery. Quiet neighborhood. Fairly close to everything. Clean. Perfect for rainy days with a pool, hot tub, and pool table.

The view was gorgeous (despite the dirty windows) however the cabins across the street have a more grandiose panorama. The beds were comfortable, but very worn- expect body ruts from heavy use. The bunks are tortuous and not suitable for children as the springs can be felt upon light touch. The master bathtub was deep and enjoyable.

The property was absolutely filthy. Most of the furniture was worn out or in disrepair. The pool was malfunctioning the first 48 hours of the stay and had turned a green shade from lack of chemicals and filtration. There was hair on almost everything including the surface of the hot tube. The porch rocking chairs and table were wobbly. The dryer works best only on a timed dry and left clothes wet otherwise. Batteries and filters need to be changed on most items including fire alarms which sounded throughout the entire home in the middle of the night. The blinds and air returns were covered in thick dust- beware is you suffer from indoor allergens. Emily with customer service was delightful and the only reason we stayed after such a disheartening disappointment of an arrival.

The layout of the house was great. Each bedroom/bathroom combination allowed for privacy from the others so early risers did not wake those that get up later. The house was well equipped. The large dining table was wonderful-we all could sit together for dinner!

The pool and hot tub were what drew me to this property and both were disappointing. The pool is super small, not at all like the pictures. And the hot tub was not clean. There wasn’t any directions or supplies to clean/sanitize the hot tub like we typically have available in other vacation rentals.

Beautiful house in the mountains. It was modern, clean and fully met our expectations. Couldn't recommend enough.
