The location was good for why were there. Aside from being harassed by a mentally disturbed man (during the day) two streets away from the property, the area seemed relatively safe - as advertised. There were no issues getting Uber to pick us up; never more than a five minute wait. All in all, for the price, it was worth it.

Upon arrival, the code to enter the property wasn’t working. This was because an incorrect code was emailed to me. Property management was easy to get in touch with, however, and the issue was quickly resolved. The drain in the shower/tub needs to be cleaned/cleared of gunk, as the tub began filling with water mere minutes after turning the shower on. Again, because of the low cost of the property, and relative good location, we weren’t too upset about this. The unit is connected to what I believe is three other units. We were unsure if there were other temporary renters, or long term tenants, but we could hear them walking around the hardwoods through the walls. We could not hear voices or other sounds, though.
