-Excellent location for hikes and Biscoitos natural swimming pools. - Great couch and master bed. Well-designed space. - Beautiful and tranquil sitting area and lawn. - Kitchen has many pots, pans, serving dishes etc., only limited number of cutlery. - Praia de Victoria and Angra can both be reached quickly (<30 minutes).

The airconditioning did not work during our stay, which created an issue at night. The rooms were too hot to sleep with the windows closed. For the front bed room, the noise from the main road makes sleeping with the window open difficult. For the back bed room, barking dogs from the neighbours cause the same issue. - (Big) guard dogs in the neighbouring yards start barking, growling, or jumping at the fence, e.g. when I walked to the waste containers or we entered the back of the garden.
