Clean, basic but good enough for our 2 night stay, stocked with coffee for coffee machine and washing powders/softeners for washing machine. Within walking distance of Ybor and short taxi ride to downtown Tampa.

Garden bushes, especially to front door, could do with timing.

Quiet area but close to Ybor City which was a lovely area. Loved the free tram to Tampa. The house itself was fairly well equipped albeit with stuff that was quite well used. The furniture looked a bit tired but was fairly comfortable.

Curbside appeal could be improved with some paint on the door. Inside was reasonable but some walls were very scuffed and there was debris behind the chest in the main bedroom and dirt on some of the baseboards. Considering a cleaning fee was taken we would have expected it to be spotless. The garden wasn't very inviting so we didn't use. As we were only there a few days it didn't bother us but if we were there longer it would have been more of an issue. Despite these issues we were fairly comfortable but the property needs some improvements to be marked as excellent. The dryer needs to be looked at. It destroyed a number of tops with spaghetti straps. The owner's "amused" comment of "maybe it was hungry" was not impressive. We came with limited luggage and to lose a number of clothing items was not particulatly amusing.
