Happy House

Great spot right in the centre of Ponta Delgada, safe, clean, very quiet, because the windows face the inner courtyard. Welcome basket included. Very helpful host, Marta, helped us even with booking the car. There is no parking space, but we parked our car every night on the main port road, just 3 minutes away. Parking between 8am and 7pm 1.20E per hour, at night for free. We would definitely book Happy House again. Obrigado! ❤️

Everytjing was great!

The location is right in the center of Ponta Delgada. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, with a functional kitchen, a large balcony, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and a comfortable bedroom and living room. The owners are amazing and very helpful.

Super central with excellent restaurants on that street, very quiet at night. Elevator was a treat. The host was fantastic

Fantastic apartment. It has everything you may need during your stay, including a washer and a dryer. The location is top notch. You just exit the building and you have instant access to bars and restaurants. And because the apartment windows face another side you don’t hear all that noise. The welcome basket which contained local treats was a nice surprise. Overall - I am very happy!

Excellent location, quiet apartment, modern, clean and bright. Easy to communicate with the host, very friendly, lovely basket in the kitchen of basic needs, would highly recommend this place!

Can't think of any negatives unless you want an ocean view, but it didn't promise one, so no disappointments.

Comfortable accommodations, very clean and well equipped. Location is fabulous!
