Everything. This is the second time we have rented this place to have Christmas for my 96-year-old mother-in-law. The house is very open and wonderfully decorated. In 2022 we had 24 and with the tables brought by my sister in laws we were able to have everyone sit together. In 2023 we had 16 and the same. You do need to bring a few kitchen items but other than that it is perfect. The owners are the best and do everything they can to make sure you are happy. The yard is gorgeous, and I hope we can rent it sometime in the summer. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. If you are going to have a family gathering this is the only place I would recommend. It is close to everything as far as shopping and close to both sport arenas. I just cannot say enough nice things about this house.

Great location, very clean, all beds were comfortable, backyard was so fun to wander through, host answered messages very quickly, kitchen had enough supplies, decor was adorable with lots of fun touches, the kids (9, 10, and 13) enjoyed the house, they all commented on how comfortable the house was, and they noticed the decor and paintings too!

There wasn’t anything to dislike! I suppose if I had to say something, there was no broom, we would have liked to have swept up before we left.

"Great house…. Too hot to enjoy"

Location. Beautifully decorated. Back yard was awesome!

We wish someone had turned on the air before our arrival! It was a really hot day and it never cooled down… even with ceiling fans cranked! Also, mattresses were not comfortable!

It was clean

Seemed backwardly remodeled… the coffee sitting area is not necessary… as another couch to allow more propels to enjoy the TV… people can drink their coffee outside, which was beautiful BTW
