Quiet location good for stargazing. Master bedroom very comfortable. Great room and patio good size and some afternoon shade. Kitchen well stocked. Nice artwork. Garage a bonus.

There is significant wear and tear with deferred maintenance. Queen bed and pillows very hard. No reading lights in additional bedrooms. Blinds non functional.
