"A peaceful getaway away from the crowds"

Absolutely amazing, boutique farmhouse away from the crowds (need a car to get there). The farmhouse only has a couple of rooms that are all clean and modern, but rustic feel was kept. There is an EV charger (wall box) available. The owner and the staff are super nice. The breakfasts were out of this world. Freshly prepared from high quality local ingredients and served individually. Delicious

The breakfast was absolutely incredible! Location was fab, a short walk into the centre of Tavira and the actual farmhouse was extremely peaceful and relaxing.

"Great retreat to chill in!"

Breakfast was amazing, lovley selection but rather too much! Swimming pool was gorgeous. Easy walk into town and to the coast, Ubers back were very cheap.

Be aware it is very isolated, you need to be keen walkers and use taxis or have a car

We had a wonderful stay at Abacatus Farmhouse! We were the only guests at the accomodation, so it was very quite. We enjoyed the room, the outdoors, the pool… had a lovely breakfast every morning, served outside. The staff was lovely and responded very quickly, even via the Booking-app. We had a car to go around and everything was very close. We took some (free) bikes to go to the town of Tavira. Mind you, they were very old. But they also offer an electric bike or new bike, at a price.

The A/C did not work in the room, but they have mosquito nets so we sleept with the door open.

Excellent breakfast, more than I needed so I had enough for lunch too

I didn’t realise I had the whole place to myself. That felt a bit odd for a lone traveller, felt a bit isolated between the two towns. Would have been perfect for 2 or more
