The beds

The fireplaces didn’t work. There was supposed to be charcoal supplied and wasn’t. And the tvs were hard to work, the remotes wouldn’t work and they weren’t easy to connect to

The lodge was beautiful! Simply beautiful. All the rooms nice well cleaned. Shower in master was wonderful some of my family wanted to use. Beautiful place will be back!

We experienced plumbing issues with kitchen sink, dishwasher, and hot , were unusable. We were not able to clean dishes and pots as the policy requested. We were not able to enjoy the hot tube due to the horrible smell and the dirty water.

I liked the location

The washer and dryer didn't work. The fireplace in King bed room didn't work. Pool table was cracked on one end.

"It was great for reunited our families as we live in different states."

It was clean, it was as described. It had all the cookware you can think of. Ample TVs and space to keep everyone comfortable.

The air hockey didn’t work, the pool table was worn out and there were rips in come of the theater chair. We still had a blast. The bbq area was just a grill in front of the cabin with no table but usable.

 The cabin was really roomy and spacious and It was a nice cabin just needs work to be done before they let anyone else stay

when you first come in the first bed bedroom closet door was off the hinges, and the refrigerator door was kind of off track and the water on refrigerator wouldn’t come out just ice from the icemaker and when you go upstairs one twin bedroom, the closet door knob was broke. It was a screwdriver which I had my kids in there so that’s not good and I took videos and then the other twin bedroom you had to raise the top up in the back of the toilet just to flush it. I always go to cabins and this was the first bad experience. I have ever had with a cabin. No one ever called me when I called them about some of the issues that was not cool because another cabin I went to when I had a issue they came right away or a call to let me know when they were coming and fixed any issues.
