The house has plenty of room.

The pool and hot tub are unusable. The heat pump flips a breaker. The pool is also losing water somehow. Even though we could not use it the property mgr wanted me to keep it full and turn the pump on daily so it wouldn't turn green. Both have timers that must not work. Property mgr said owner should have told us heater does not work but owner said she was unaware. Previous tenant did not take trash out so we were told to buy black bags and put all garbage out on garbage night. Those bags are $30/box but we had to have somewhere for garbage. Property mgr said owners friends stayed here two weeks is why it wasn't taken ouy. No toiletries available. Book says garbage noght is Sunday in one spot amd Wednesday in another. It is Wednesday night. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for a four bedroom house on an 8 day stay. "Clean towels" stink. Two cars in garage so you cannot park out of weather. Had to call fire dept because two broken sprinkler heads were flooding the street. Property mgr said not to call but did not know where water turnoff valve was for sprinkler system. Messaged owner about pool and hot tib being falsely advertised and she said Booking waits a month to pay her. My card was charged 11/9 for my 11/26 stay so I'm not sure why Tanja wouldn't have my money yet.
