Monte Vista Village Resort Mesa 3 Bed 2 Bath Age Restricted Must be 55 or more

Thank you for your hospitality. The quiet neighborhood was welcoming and residents were friendly. Amenities were more than expected - library/communications room, mailroom, pools, woodworking shop, shuffleboard, pickleball, gorgeous flowers, spotlessly clean. Our lodging was a safe haven for resting and entertaining our grown grandchildren. It was a fantastic experience and we enjoyed it very much.

Since we don't drink wine, a bottle of juice would have been welcome. But it was a kind and welcoming gesture. Does the Village offer hats/visors and shirts?

Nice and clean Good location, within near walking distance there are restaurants, banks and other things. Teresa was always available and very nice person.

We were extremely fortunate that this rental was available and the Host was prompt with his response and flexible with our check in. We had a rental reserved however the Host cancelled at 4:30 pm leaving us stranded. We spent the night in a hotel. We were able to move into The Monte Vista Village at noon for the remainder 6 days. This location and amenities far exceeded our satisfaction. The home is beautiful. Teresa came over at noon to help us get settled. Some things happen for a reason and this was one.

The house is very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool. Property is clean and quiet.
