Everything!!! Host was great and communicated great! The location was just a few blocks from a beautiful beach. The golf cart was so convenient to get to the beach in minutes. We will most definitely be going back. A+++++

The neighborhood was small and very quiet which was outstanding. No through traffic on our end. The cart was very convenient as the ride to the beach is less than 2 minutes. House was very clean and accommodating. We cooked multiple nights at the house which was convenient to save the hassle of cost and wait times at the big restaurants in town. The kids played pool in the garage in the evenings while we cooked. The community pool was a nice relaxing alternative to the beach.

Location

Golf cart was not charged upon arrival so it was unusable. Host refused to provide consideration for the issue. Dishes had been left in the dishwasher. There were fleas everywhere and no hot water in the master bedroom. I was told a maintenance ticket would be placed but no one came.

I liked everything just keep in mind most restaurants around will have very long waits so make reservations in advance!
