The common space and corridors were a little outdated and could use some sprucing up given the price of the rental, but once inside the unit it was very modern and had all the needed amenities.

Location was the best part of this property. Hands down. Breckenridge is a great little town filled with very friendly people. Tannhauser II is a block off the main street in Breckenridge. You can't beat it! Also, dealing with Karla, the property manager resolved our questions/issues we encountered. However, I wouldn't stay in this particular unit again.

Overall Condition: Tired. Used. Worn. This unit is in serious need of refurbishment and TLC. The tile entry/kitchen floor were cracked and missing a significant amount of grout. The toilet burped in the middle of the night. The closet doors fell off the track when opening and rendered unusable. Front door is very worn/scratched. The unit really needs a completely refurbished. Bed: The bed was comfortable, but very, very loud/squeaky when rolling over during the night which repeatedly woke my wife and I up through out the nice. Shower: The bathtub/shower basin felt like it needs to be reinforced as there is movement and creaking noises when you take a shower. It feels like it could drop into the unit below. Couch: Torn cushion seams Lighting: We arrived in the afternoon and noticed that the living room lighting was very dim, and ultimately a total of 4 ceiling lights were out between the living room and bedroom. ***Karla, the property manager, was very responsive and had the lighting replaced the next day.*** It was a night and day difference! Resort fee: We were charged a $35 resort fee for this property which didn't include any resort amenities. Toilet paper: Should be stocked with more than 2 rolls for a 6 day stay. We had to buy more. Trash: Guests are required to take out trash before they leave. I feel like this should be included in the $130 cleaning fee.
