Casa bastante acolhedora, otima para uns dias de descanso e perto de tudo.

Lo amplio y bien decorado. La ubicación. El menaje de cocina súper completo. El jardín trasero y la barbacoa de piedra en el suelo!!

Die Möbel in der Küche sind sehr alt und riechen stark modrig, das war wirklich unangenehm. Der Garten ist an und für sich super, könnte aber gepflegter sein. Wir mussten leider erstmal sauber machen. Das Bad war sauber, aber schon ein bisschen abgerockt.

We rented this property for a week to fully explore Sao Miguel Island. Great location for the town and for the island. Jaime was easy to communicate with and helpful. The apartment came with a nice back garden for sitting in the morning and at the end of the day. Large apartment with large kitchen area too.

5***** apartment !!!! Clean, big, in the center, all what you need for staying, cleaning , cooking ect. is available in the house. Communication and check in = correct, easy and fast. Thanks again.

Nice place in the heart of the city center! Easy walking to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, museums and the beach!

Unfortunately, I got a parking ticket by parking on a side street. It's a little confusing if you don't know the language, so pay attention before just parking without checking first.

Bathroom small and dated, back yard space was not maintained

We loved having the house to ourselves. All furnishings provided. Safe and clean. Easy to contact owner.

Very warm with only a few windows to circulate air so it gets warm without AC.
