Apartamento Pé na Areia, Clube Nautilus, Porches

Très bien situé pour visiter l'Algarve.

Les matelas et les oreillers sont un peu durs.

- celé 4 týdny hluk během dne z rekonstrukce apartmánů v nižším patře. Ubytovatelka nám pouze písemně sdělila, že o rekonstrukci nevěděla v době, kdy si byt pronajímala, a že je vše vpořádku, protože se dodržuje zákon proti hluku - přestože ubytování avízuje výhled na moře, do zahrady a na město, a tyto filtry jsme zvolili, měli jsme výhled na silnici a odpadkové kontejnery. Fotky na webu jsou hodně zavádějící. - za celé 4 týdny byl proveden úklid a výměna ručníků pouze 2x, a to i přes naši urgenci - do apartmánu jsme museli dokupovat prostředek na umývání nádobí, toaletní papír, hygienické prostředky do koupelny - v polovině našeho pobytu (po 14 dnech) s námi naše ubytovatelka přestala komunikovat úplně

- Ar condicionado no quarto principal não funciona - Cozinha precisa de uma remodelação - Portadas difíceis de abrir e fechar nos quartos

Super Lage zum Meer und zur Promenade.

Einziger Schwachpunkt war die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (Bretter, Töpfe ect.). Einfach nur mal etwas neues und das passt dann.

The apartment was a great size for 4 women. 1 x 2 singles, 1 x 1 double, and a pull out double couch in the living room. 2 bathrooms and a big living dining space. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Perfect location for beach, shops, and restaurants.

The only thing, and that was only a little thing, was hearing the bin trucks every day as you were facing the entrance of the apartment complex, but everything else we got made up for that.

-Close proximity to beach and restaurants

- No closet space for our stay as it was filled with linen, blankets and cushions. - Not enough towels for our stay. No bin bags, bath soap, dishwashing liquid or sponge (other accommodations provided this). - A lot of mould in rooms and bathroom. - Location not accurate which meant we were driving around forever and finally found the accommodation based on the pictures. - No communication from the host regarding checking and was not able to get in contact the host. Only checked in around 7pm once the host eventually reached out and we had a 6 month old baby.

I highly recommend this place in every way! Firstly-The apartment has everything you could want. (Dolce gusto coffee machine if you want to bring pods in advance). Washing machine. Dishwasher. Spacious. Clean. Great powerful showers. Comfy beds. Plenty of pillows & covers. Plenty of room for family of 5, 3 teenage girls (and all the make up, skin care, clothes they leave everywhere!) The actual complex is safe, clean, friendly. Photos do not do it justice! Secondly- location- perfect. Walk one way along the cliff past lots of beautiful coves all the way to 2 main beaches in porches. Other way into armaceo de Pêra. Restaurants, beaches. Shops. We took bus 14 to Zoomarine. (13 minute journey) and bus 57 back. (Same amount of time). 2.50 euros each. (Each way) Thirdly- the host is just wonderful! Contact was easy and quick (via WhatsApp. V responsive) She met us at the apartment, full of smiles, energy and advice. So friendly and welcoming . Also extremely helpful with amending checkout time. (Though I guess this is trickier in high season when new guests coming straight in). She made this stay 5 star and we are very grateful. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. We will 100% be back to this exact apartment! Can’t imagine being as happy anywhere else!
