Er was schimmel in de douche + drupt als mensen boven ons douchen

Sauber und funktional Gemeinschaftsbereich sehr schön

Bett war unbequem

Era muy cómodo el alojamiento, muy cerca del centro y de todo.

Localização, espaço, possibilidade de ter um pequeno terraço.

La ubicación era estupenda, nos dejaron detalles de bienvenida y estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo. El acceso fue muy fácil y todo funcionaba correctamente.

The location was very central, which was a big plus. However, there was a lot of construction and repair work in many streets and buildings in Porto. Because of this, it was difficult to reach the property with a suitcase, as the roads were dusty and uneven. The room was large and comfortable. The terrace was also a nice and peaceful place to spend time. The staff were helpful and kind before and after check-in, which I appreciated.

The biggest problem was the noise from upstairs. Even small footsteps could be heard and felt downstairs. There was also a washing machine noise late at night. Also, the bathroom was not clean enough. The towels had a bad smell, and there was no bath mat. The bathroom also had a strange smell, probably because of damp on the ceiling. If these problems are fixed, I am sure guests will have a much better experience.
