Bathroom floods and drainage could be better. TVs in the bedrooms did not work. Also cockroaches due to the hot weather- which although addressed by the property when informed, repellents should already have been in place.

GBHelp when asked as front door lock/keys were very difficult to use , couldn’t get in quite a lot . The cleaning lady was very helpful but she too had difficulty!! We had to ask passing people constantly to help The owner wasn’t much help!!! We were ladies on our own and it’s a dark street so not good !!!!!

PLThe Casa da Avo is spectacular from many points. Firstly, attention to details in every room and tarace. Secondly, location in quiet area with good access to all restaurants, shops and ferry harbour. Lastly, communication with the owner was smooth, clear and we've received many good advices.

BEIt's a clean place with a nice terrace but it's a lot smaller than you expect when viewing the pictures.
The bathroom sinks are way too low. In one bedroom there was no cupboard big enough to put any clothing, in the other bedroom we couldn't use the airco because a bad smell came out of it. After 6 days we got new bed linnen and towels on a 10 day stay which is not comfortable. We asked the landlady to book a taxi at 6 o'clock in the morning, there was no taxi.
