Zu dritt ist es schon eher eng. Für die Sache eher teuer. Der Check-out muss schon bis 10 Uhr erfolgen.

The property close proximity to the sea front .

Well for a start it is advertised it as a one bedroom house when in actual fact it is a apartment . It has the ground floor only and then is separated on the 1st floor by another apartment owned by the same company . It is described 1 bedroom and then 2beds this second bed is a bed settee in the living room which is absolutely not suitable as a second guest bed ,it’s smack bang in the living room .It should be listed as an additional put me up. The roof terrace is at the top of this shared house is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems ,that aside it is extremely dangerous this is never mentioned in any of the information when booking . Also if you do take a chance and make the climb to the top balcony you will find that there are no cushions for the outdoor chairs . We arrived on a hot day and there was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge.I have been coming to Olhao for a few years now and I have always had nothing but praise for the standard of accommodation but this time it has totally been miss sold . Avoid at all cost if you are two persons travelling together there are far nicer and much cheaper houses to choose from . Once again the information regarding this tourist trap needs to be rectified .

Amazing host! Really friendly and took his time to explain a lot about the places and town’s history! Exceeded our expectations! :)) would recommend!

Ideally located in one of Olhão's nicest neighbourhoods close to the promenade, restaurants and markets. Typical Algarvian house with authentic charm, comfortable and well equiped. Large terrace South/West oriented. Rui was super friendly and welcoming! We also travel with two Chihuahuas and we were very happy that this property is pet friendly! This was for us one of the decisive factors to choose for Moorish House :-)

It wasn't mention when we chose for this property that the access to the terrace is through a shared staircase - so not completely private. Also as much as the house has charm something more could be made of the terrace in terms of furniture and decoration: cushions were definitely missing and a few plants would be an appreciated extra. A more atmospheric lighting both in the house and on the terrace would also be a nice - and important! - finishing touch. Watch out that the house remains well taken care of (the cap of one of the bedside lamps probably got broken and was not replaced before our arrival, the wooden beds on the picture of the terrace had been replace by plastic furniture without cushions).
