Location and roof terrace

They locked all the upstairs rooms. They said because there are only 2 of you. The booking.com website states the whole place is yours. The sitting area is too small for 6 ppl with an uncomfortable very basic settee.

Good location in a quiet residential area and only a short walk from local shops and restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment was clean. It appeared to have been recently decorated and all the kitchen appliances and equipment looked quite new. Lots of space for a couple but probably too crowded for a larger group. The host - whose name I never discovered - responded promptly to our queries (we were supplied with a brand new ironing board and iron on request).

We had to ask for the code to open the door. I think it t would be better if the host supplied the code without having to be asked. We had a 10 day visit but there was no cleaning service, no change of towels in the bathroom and no change of bed linen. For the price paid this was disappointing. The steps to the roof terrace are quite steep and narrow. The final 4 steps are all different sizes - this make it easy to trip :(

Gostamos imenso da localização da casa. Andávamos a pé para todo o lado e apanhávamos o barco para as ilhas da Ria Formosa. A casa fica perto do Supermercado onde há de tudo. Olhão é uma cidade incrível com imenso potencial. O terraço da casa dava para as traseiras do centro cultural e à noite ouvimos bons concertos de forma gratuita.

A casa não era especialmente espaçosa. Nas fotografias as divisões pareciam maiores. Nós os quatros não cabíamos na sala, nem na cozinha sem uma dose de boa vontade. não foi fácil fazer refeições em família. O churrasco do pátio precisa de ser arranjado.

La ubicación excelente, aparcas y vas en andando a todos sitios. La casa es muy mona, con azotea estupenda pero, la planta baja es un poco angustiosa.

El check out es muy temprano. Tenía azotea, estaba sucia, para desayunar la tuvimos que limpiar. Las almohadas son horribles, realmente son unos rellenos de cojines.

Loved everything about this apartment. The location was just perfect. 3minute stroll to the marina and waterfront. 2min to the grocery store and across street from most amazing fish restaurant. Air conditioning was amazing. It was 32° outside but a nice cold 23° inside. Amanda, is an amazing hostess.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Be mindful steps to the rooftop are steep, but this is the same with every rooftop.

I really liked the space, and how big the house was compared to pictures! A clean and really well equipped space. Also really liked the terrace!

It is in a great location between the central city and the waterfront with all of the restaurants and bars. Amanda with property management company was fantastic! She was always accessible and responsive.

Streets are really narrow for walking with a suitcase. Use Uber to drop you off so don’t walk from train station.
