CASA GEORGINA Heated Swiming, Sea View and Air Conditioning

My stay in Madeira was extraordinary! The house I rented was beautiful and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the views from the house were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Madeira.

The house and garden are in excellent condition, very clean and tidy. All the supplies are well thought off, you literally have everything you need for short stay: bath supplies, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, which is not always the case. The house is a good size, beds are very comfy. I specifically want to thank Fatima for her kid reception and care during our stay

Georgina house is abolutely gorgeous with a great view over the ocean. House is very clean, modern and has everything you need for a perfect stay. A host Fatima is very friendly and always accessible via WhatsApp for any help or recommendation. She prepared some welcome snacks and later surprised us with a basket of gifts. A perfect stay in Georgina house and when we return to Madeira, we will definitely choose this house once again.

Fatima was a wonderful host. She met us to check in and was always quick to respond to any questions. The property is at the top of the hill from Calheta so you will want a car to get around and also down to the town where there are some nice waterfront restaurants and a supermarket. The villa was well stocked, and it was nice being able to drive the car in to the property and walk up the steps. The pool isn't heated and so due to the time of year it was too cold to use, but we sunbathed on the patio when the sun was out. Maybe in future the host might consider a hot tub or heating the pool (when energy costs are down!). The place was so nice to relax in either for the day, or after a day of hiking. We also took an excellent dolphin watching trip from Calheta on one of the days too. The drive is about 30min from Funchal, and just under an hour to the airport. Several of the best rated Levada walks are within 20min drive (you will not want to walk, the trip to the top of the island is very steep!!).The villa is just like the pictures, the stay was very comfortable and Fatima treated us so well.

We spent a week here and it was exquisite. The apartment is really beautiful, luxurious and well mantained. It offers everything, from garage to the pool. We really did not miss anything. And everything was tastefully decorated and well prepared for our arrival. And the sunsets on the terrace... Amazing. One of those apartments where you do not feel bad to even stay in on a rainy day. The hostess is super friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. She helped a lot during our stay and gave a lot of advices and directions. Communication is easy and prompt. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well handled. This stay definitely deserves 10/10, it is rare to find a place where pretty much every detail is taken care of. Just one adivce - car is recommended, but it is anyway so, if you want to explore Madeira as much as possible on your own.

Overall, great stay. The place is very spacious and clean. The service was outstanding from the beginning till the end. In fact, as someone who has traveled to 78 countries, I can confidently say that the type of service we received was BEYOND 5*. Some other highlights: - very well-equipped kitchen - huge parking space in the house - the place is new and very clean

The property , the view from it & sunsets are breathtaking....House has everything ( and even more) one needs for a comfortable stay.....however, what makes the stay so memorable is the host Fatima! The very thoughtful small ( and not so small) tokens of hospitality were waiting for us on the arrival...local wine, sweets & other treats....not a day passed by without Fatima checking on us if we need/would like anything....we had a problem with the rental car, so Fatima engaged all her local resources ( at 10 at night!!) ..to ensure it was safe for us to drive the car to the shop.....Portuguese people in general are very warm & caring an d Fatima is an extraordinary example of this...Absolutely will return!

Can't even think of anything!!!! The beds are a bit harder than ones we used to....but this is just a personal preference

The house and the host Fatima was absolutely gorgeous! She welcomed us so warm: with wine and cake and snacks, etc. and she did take such a care of us, if anything we needed she helped out immediately. And the house is so beautiful, all white inside out, clean, well equiped, cute ascetic interior. The pool eas perfect. The view - fantastic. It was very silent neiborhood. Beds and pilliws were perfect, we slept very well every night. children (4 and 6 y.o.) also really enjoyed the house and it was compleately safe for them- all the gates were locked and the backyard with nice lawn. we felt very private, could sunbathing privately. The house we rate with 10 of 10 and even big extra “+”. Would definately stay there again. :)

A beautiful new house with a great view over the ocean. The house location is perfect for trips around the island as well as enjoying the city life in Funchal. The landlady Fatima is an amazing person willing to help with any problem or question. We’ll definitely return to this accomodation when travelling again to Madeira!
