Really good communication before our stay so we felt confident that check in would go smoothly which it did. Chalet 1 was perfectly lovely. Very clean and well equipped with a hot shower and comfortable beds. Fast wi fi. The gates, locks and shutters made us feel very secure. It was also very quiet, apart from the occasional airplane of course but they do not fly at night. I chose this location because I wanted to see the planes and our chalet had a super view of the runway. We were also close to the pretty town of Santa Cruz and well connected by bus to visit Ponta De São Lourenço, which must be the best low level walk on Madeira. Thanks Paulo for sharing your lovely chalet.

Close to the airport. Amazing view (morning view is excepcional ) Spacious interiour. Beautiful garden.

Great location. Close to airport, large parking (always was space), close to different cities and easy to get there

There were ants in the kitchen. We have contacted the management several times but everything we could get after 2 days was some anti ants device which we were not sure who to use since we are not Portuguese speakers. You cannot have any food there. It is especially disadvantage when you do not have breakfast in the hotel. Also would like to mention that there is no washing machine in the room (house), but the common laundry. The iron is also in the common space and not in the room.

near the airport, next to the bus stop. 15 minutes away from the beach, pools. the house had dishes, a coffee machine with coffee. generally liked.

I want to remove one mark, because when we arrived at the house, we stayed behind the gate. we had indicated the late arrival, but no one picked up the phone...;(
