Casa Cachalote

This is a lovely spot in the heart of Ferragudo, which we chose because we wanted to avoid some of the nearby larger and louder towns, and it was perfect. You can walk to everything and yet it's still quiet at night. We parked our car on the main street a few minutes away, which worked well. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need, including a washing machine (there wasn't laundry soap, but we bought some and left the box behind, so hopefully the next guests can use it!). The apartment remained cool even when temperatures were above 30 degrees, and so we only needed to turn on the AC for a bit before bed. The stairs are a bit steep, so if you have mobility issues, it might not be good, but we were fine. Highly recommended this spot!

We loved staying at Casa Cachalote. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Ricardo was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Ferragudo was a great place to explore the Algarve from.
