Everything was excellent. The location superb, we could view the sea from home.

The house location is great, literally 30 seconds from the beach by walk, and the beach is perfect for families. It's also very close to the high street but not noisy. The house is on 4 levels: basement (bedroom with 2 beds - stinks humid but it's not terrible, only thing is that we decided not to use the shower to avoid causing more humidity, and there's no toilet in there so we found it a bit useless), ground floor (living room - nice room with TV and functioning kitchen, there was not any basics for cooking like salt oil or vinegar, sponges or dish soap), first floor ( bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bathroom - the bedroom was perfect and spacious, the bathroom was generally in good state, with a washing machine, but the shower is very small and a bit uncomfortable), terrace (very nice, there's a bit of a sea view, a well kept barbecue, tables, chairs and a clothes line with very few clips, the steps to reach it are quite challenging for kids - and a bit for adults as well but fine all in all). The house was very clean, the host very available and friendly.

I thought it was unfair to give a low rate to the house so I gave an 8, but there is something that didn't really help us enjoying at its most our stay needs to be mentioned. We knew that being so close the beach and to the high street there would have been a bit noise coming from the street, and to be honest it wasn't that bad in these terms. Unluckily though, young drug dealers (a group that could vary from 2 to 8 people) would carry on their business in front of the house, sitting on our door steps, drinking beer, smoking weed, laughing and swearing extremely loudly and listening to loud music, at least 2-3 hours during the afternoon and 2 hours (from 10pm to 1am) in the evening. My daughters are 3 years and 6 months old, we couldn't keep the windows open because of the weed smell and the loud noises, which also disrupted their and our sleep. It's surprising that no one of the neighbourhood has complained about it yet, maybe because it's all holiday makers who don't want to risk repercussions? Without them, the stay would have been a 9.
