le calme, la piscine froide pais les enfants on profité, la cuisine à l'extérieur agréable mais pas en temps de pluie, maison confortable, une super accueil d'Amélie, confiture et piment fait maison offert à notre arrivée

L'emplacement est parfait, avec le cap méchant accessible a pied tres facilement, l'accueil adorable, le jaccuzi et la piscine sont très appréciables, les lits très confortables...

I didn't like the propriety at all, because it was nothing as described. after we left the owner sent a claim to booking.com asking us to pay for damages valued at 300 Euros to his propriety, without specifying what the damages were. Since we did not damage anything we refused payment. Be aware: He blocked our exit and kept us hostages for 10 minutes and let us go only after he fully inspected the propriety and found it was in perfect shape, yet the day after we left he made his bogus claim.

The propriety wasn't a beach-front type, it had no minimal comfort respectively heat and noise insulation. The windows had no screens to protect against flies and mosquitos therefore we could not, ventilate, freshen-up. The balcony was extremely narrow, making the table difficult and uncomfortable to use. We attaching pictures to prove. We could not get by the jacuzzi because in spite the fact that it was very small there was no space on either side to walk by. The control-panel was on the other side, you had to get into the water everytime you wanted to reach it. Instead of sea view, we got to see the garbage that the neighbor on the left side kept in his yard. Inside that place, everything was fairly new but at such low quality that drawers and doors were coming off as soon as you touched them. Because the floor was shaking the kitchen furniture was making an unsettling noise. In the house across there was a sick person with a severe handicap that at times was shouting and hollering making unbearable noises. No matter how understanding, sometimes going to bed at night was scary and difficult due to the noises that this man made. For the whole month of our stay there the owners never cleaned the propriety and when we asked him to do it, he refused. Strangely mattresses on the bed in the bedroom were covered with a thick plastic and then they put bed-sheets on top of the plastic. Plastic was making an unnerving noise and made us sweat at night. When the hostess noticed that we took them off she got very upset with us and told us that the plastic was for the protection of the mattress. She relented only after I told her that for many years I didn't "wet my bed".
