The location, the staff do their best under the circumstances.

It’s a bit worn out and has seen better days. The rooms are reasonably clean, but the towels are old and frayed. The lobby looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. Dirty display cases, most lights in the entrance chandelier need replacing. Just little things, but it makes a big difference to your first impression.

Excellent breakfast. Bed very comfortable and clean.

Great location. Wonderful staff! Ketut, the driveway attendant, is wonderful guy and an asset to the hotel.

Nothing really. It’s clean. The towels are possibly getting a bit old and thin but they were soft and absorbed the water well. No hot water in the sink and the plug didn’t work, so I bought a cheap plastic bowl for shaving. Shower took a while to heat up and didn’t get steaming hot like I like it but it was warm enough.

Great location, good size room. Nice and clean. Good value for money. 2 lovely pools.

The bed was a little hard. The shower head needs changing.

This is my second time here. Nothing has changed! Location is fantastic. You don’t need to get taxi to go anywhere and the staff is the best part!

Definitely can do some cosmetic changes in the room but besides that, the facilities like the pool and the lounge area is beautiful.

Pool access room was amazing for my teenage son. Bath was hot and deep, very relaxing. Beds are huge!

Bed was slightly hard. Outdoor furniture could use recovering.
