Це був дуже цікавий та гарний відпочинок! Будинок, який пахне деревом, повністю обладнаний для проживання, кухня з усім необхідним, вітальня з великим диваном та каміном, який дає затишок та тепло по всьому будинку. Спальні дуже затишні та теплі. Є всі зручності такі як рушники, постільна білизна, шафа, зручні ліжка. Біля будинку тераса, а родзинка це сауна та басейн на дворі, який підігрівається і в жовтневий прохолодний вечір це просто супер. Дуже великою несподіванкою був сюрприз від господарів - це солодощі залишені на столику біля дивану. Дякуємо за затишок та гарний відпочинок!

We arrived late and keys were dropped contactless, that was great. Its nice that there is fireplace but in winter we felt that there isn't ski boot dryer and washing machine.

We agreed to pay for extra hot tub on final day when checking out but there was "hosts colleague" who firstly walked in without heads up and asked for money on second day (of five) to my mother in law. Then on next day while we were chilling without notice. Also we agreed on checkout at 10:00 but again this lady was in the middle of packing up two kids and two cars at 9:45 that made extra stress for my wife and confusion in packing process when she started to take out deposit and garbage bags, pushing around furniture. Also there was problem with WiFi but those are technologies and after two day troubleshooting and IT guys visit everything worked. There were no game console that was in description, it supposed to be broken by previous users.

Mattresses could be a bit softer

It was very cozy and beautifull house with fireplace. It was a great surprise to receive welcoming gifts from owners :) Hottub and sauna made it more comfort to our stay.

The host was flexible regarding late check-in. Really outstanding X-mas decorations of the house’s interior and outside of it: made with excellent taste and love as well as attention to details! Welcome gifts by landlord (thank you!!). Really well equipped kitchen (never had such experience before in other rental houses/appartments). Kids enjoyed playing XBOX after ski exercises. Sauna and open air bath were available (however we didn’t use them).

There was a need to call on arrival to collect keys. Major thing for possible improvement: change faucets in both bathrooms (or other technical change) as it is quite difficult to set proper water temperature. It’s not stable (either too cold or too hot) and changing across time you’re using it (probably due to boiler’s capacity/installation place).
