פרקטי, מיקום נח, מטבח מאובזר טוב מאוד. שקט ויש פרטיות. התמונות משקפות היטב את הבית. מארח אדיב.

זרם מקלחת חלש. המיקום טוב מבחינת קרבה למקומות עניין, אבל החצר עצמה סגורה. הוא בקצה הכפר, צמוד לכביש (אם כי לא רועש). קרוב לאגם אבל אין גישה אליו ורואים אותו רק מחלון אחורי. מיקום טלויזיה לא נח לשימוש. חלוקת החדרים: חדר גדול עם מיטה זוגית+ מיטת יחיד עם מיטת חבר, חדר קטן עם מיטה וחצי ועוד מיטת יחיד. למשפחה של זוג+3 ילדים גדולים זה לא אידיאלי.
