Domčok na Slnečnom Kopci

The house has a real character! It’s super cosy, clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 even 5 people. We loved our stay.

Because it’s an old house, the door frames are very low and I managed to bump my head several times until I got use to it :)

This was truly a gem. Not only the town was beautiful but also the house itself was super cosy, full of nice details, kept in original old but comfort style. I especially like the kitchen

Absolutely everything. This is a dream house. The vicinity of the city centre combined with the fact that the house is hidden up on the hill with quite limited access, so no disturbing is guaranteed. Ideal for everyone who wants to evade yet stay close to the vibrant city. We returned after two years and we would have returned last year as well but someone else took the reservation before we could and we will return next year. That’s how wonderful this place is.our kids were sad two days before we were supposed to leave and they still mourn the place. This place is a true gem. Worth every penny.

I am really sorry, but I’m really trying hard to think of what I disliked about the property but I can’t find anything.I got used to the access road that I mentioned in my comment two years ago. And the owners bought the washing machine and that was the other point I raised in this section 2 years ago so this year I have nothing to say.

Very special, unique house . Fabulous views and extremely quiet and peaceful

Road getting to the house which is long, is very bumpy and full of potholes. Pity that there was no washing machine in the house, one would have been very useful.

We loved our stay in Domcok, so comfortable and well-equipped and so beautiful. I can imagine staying here for a week. It’s a peaceful and tasteful place to stay. Loved every moment of it.

Google maps will not indicate you the right way to get in - you need to get in touch with the people managing the house to show to the right route. Anyways, that is only the first time and then it’s is fine.

The house is located on a hill with a nice view, it has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay and the added value is history and nice and cosy interior.

Amazing stay, far from the ordinary. We loved the house, it's sunny position and all the little ways the hosts treat their guests with (such as good collection of books and music, kitchen equipment including olive oil and spices...). Hosts are attentive and kind and the cleaning lady takes good care of all guests' needs. Close to the nature and touristic pathways, 12 min walk downhill to the city center (includes narrow paths, not for ordinary baby strollers), 20min back. The whole thing is just a jewel we have discovered.
