When arrived they told us we need to pay for Electricity. That was never mentioned during the booking.. Also they ask for a 5.000 bath deposit where we needed to pin extra cash for which also cost us extra money. It felt like this people are only out for money, bad service, just force you to do stuff. Would never go back again. The foto’s look also a bit nicer then reality.

It was spacious and comfortable as expected from the photos and information online. Fast and helpful support from Khun Nong when needed.

Downstairs, as it is without aircon, needs at least one floor fan, 2 x ceiling fans aren't quite enough. Some days and nights we were forced into our aircon rooms. Neither in the listing, nor in any correspondence in advance was there mention of a 5,000baht deposit required at check in. Not the kind of surprise you want on arrival.
