Samed Your House Family Room

The location.

It's not very clean and the property isn't maintained well. Theres a resident frog in the kitchen which makes noise every night.

Location is the best thing - 5 minute walk from the ferry, 3-4 minute walk to Sai Kaew beach, 1 minute from 7-Eleven, and restaurants and bars literally surround you. The host was very helpful meeting us on the street to take us up to the property (set back a little from the street) and also meeting us again on check out. Good space, good aircon in every room, but pretty basic overall which is fine as we only slept there. There is a good big fridge (very cold) for keeping your beers and a little barbecue on the terrace although we didn't use it. Overall I would recommend it as good value and a very good location.

The matresses are a little hard but that is a very minor complaint and a personal preference. Also the rooms are a little tired but again it is a minor thing as you are not paying for 5 star luxury! It's clean and functional.

Cheap, two bedrooms, 5 mins away from the fairy and from the beaches

Beds and pillows I didn't find comfortable. Also sound isolation is very, VERY bad. The house layout is bedroom, bathroom, bedroom, and I could hear music on the phone in another bedroom... so did the neighbors in another apartment

1.The host was kind and welcoming in communication ,very nice and friendly person . 2. Near to Main Pier and just in main road. 3.Calm.and quite 4.Lot of essential purchase 7/11 nearby. 5.The host was kind enough to provide us Rice cooker , induction , cooking facilities was great

1. We stayed for 2 nights but they did not arrange Room service or cleaning after first day ..so most times its not tidy . BE PREPARED TO Sweep and clean or Bring a Maid along .. 2. There is no locker facility, if carrying any valuables,laptops .. Bring a Watchman if going to beach 3.Most times it appears not tidy with no ventilation in bedroom.. beware of.stingy.smell. 4. The cost 4000/ day is too high.for this facility..its worth 1500/day or less In spite of all.these , the hist is smiling and good person, seems this is the best they can provide

- nice location very close to the beach (5 min walk), 7/11, restaurants, but not on the main road (which is very good thing). - very quiet and good sound insulation from the rooms. - spacious house with a nice terrace, AC in each room and in the living room. - modern and minimalist decoration - confortable hard bed with fresh sheets.

- I didn't feel like cooking in the kitchen, it seemed a little dirty. - Keep in mind that will have a neighbor next to your house, so depending on them, it can be a little loud...
