The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For bookings over 28 nights, where the stay is not for holiday purposes a residential tenancy agreement may be required under New Zealand law. Accordingly, the terms and conditions of the booking may need to be altered

"Amazing view and great location"

The view was amazing and the place was very clean. Great location and easy to get to beach and into Nelson.

The knives were all blunt. We had to ask for oven gloves. All of the mattresses were pretty soft so a lot of us had sore backs in the morning.

"Fabulous property with a beautiful view"

The view is spectacular, great kitchen, hot tub, well equipped, nice washer/dryer, very clean with nice linens

Minor thing , but no shampoo in showers renters should know that in order to have this view, the drive up and parking is initially challenging due to hills- but doable and well worth it

Sensational views, large decks under cover and fabulous indoor outdoor flow. Comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Large enough to accommodate the extended family.

We were there during peak holiday season, expensive but well worth it.
