"It is a good and comfortable place."

The environment is private. It is good to have your own house and pool and yard.

There is a street cat walking around all day along. I am not hating cats. But I am not a cat person. So maybe it is better to restrict residents to feed cats so that they won’t linger around even next residents come

Very clean and tidy. Lady came everyday to make the bed and clean . Lovely clean private pool. Bee and Vincent Were very accommodating. Villa was quiet and private. Close to large supermarket. Walking distance to food and the beach. About 15 minute walk.

Didn't like not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet.
