Great location, just across the road from the beautiful beach

My trip to Phuket consisted of three different resorts, and the last stop was Nai Thon Beach. It turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The hotel is located on the beach, 50 metres from the ocean. Spacious, clean room, large comfortable bed, uninterrupted 5G internet, everything you need in the room - large refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioning and floor fan. The owner of the hotel and massage salon lives in Australia, but she is always available on WhatsApp and responds very quickly. Some reviews of this hotel are not very good, and I cannot understand why. The rooms are clean, with crisp white bedding and clean towels. I myself unwittingly witnessed the cleaning of the neighbouring room (I declined cleaning in my own room, as I was only staying for three nights). You won't believe it, but the cleaning is done under the video surveillance of the owner - while two employees clean the room, a third employee broadcasts the process to the hotel owner. Now about the massage parlour. I am a professional massage therapist myself, and I visited a massage parlour at each of the three resorts. I received the best massage at Rose Massage, which is located on the ground floor of this small hotel. Rachael wholeheartedly strives to make every guest feel comfortable at her hotel. I have something to compare it to, as Thailand was the 50th country I visited, and I know how important it is when hotel owners put their heart and soul into their business. Rachael welcomes guests according to the principle ‘My guest is my king’. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!!!

Everything is fine

Loved Nai Thon beach..a small seaside village, no busy nightlife,so if that's what you are looking for, this is probably not the place for you. However, its perfect for some rest and relaxing. Beach house was great too, literally just across the road from the beach, so easy to pop over for a swim or watch the sunset. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including a large fridge so we could buy fruit and keep it cool. Definitely would recommend and Rachael was a great communicator.

Only a small thing, but would of been nice to look out at the beach Also maybe some pillows that weren't so high

Die Lage war sehr gut- direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Die Zimmer waren groß, hell und geräumig.

Die Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Als wir ankamen, lag z.B. in einem Bad noch ein gebrauchter Rasierer und eine angefangene Flasche Shampoo. In beiden Zimmern waren die Gläser und Tassen sehr schmutzig (mit einer dicken Staubschicht auf dem Boden und dem Rest toter Insekten). Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde Toilettenpapier nicht ersetzt und aus als das Seifenstück alle war, gab es kein Neues. Die Besitzerin selber lebt in Sidney, hat aber sehr schnell auf WhatsApp-Anfragen reagiert; so zum Beispiel wegen der schmutzigen Gläser. Auch war in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage kaputt. Wir bekamen einen zweiten Ventilator und am nächsten Tag eine mobile Klimaanlage als Notlösung, am übernächsten Tag wurde die Klimaanlage repariert. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir kostenlose Massagen. Der freundliche Ton änderte sich aber, als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass bei der Reinigung der Zimmer vergessen wurde, neue Duschvorleger (der benutzte wurde mitgenommen) hinzulegen. Es entspann sich eine lange n und zunehmend schnippischen WhatsApp-Kommunikation und uns wurde in mitgeteilt, sie wisse schon, warum sie nicht gerne an Deutsche vermiete-die „seien so anspruchsvoll“. Wir waren während unserer Reise durch Phuket in insgesamt 4 verschiedenen Hotels und nirgends hatten wir solche Probleme, der Service war immer tipptopp.

Rachael was extremely hospitable and made sure that I had everything I needed, she was also very responsive answering messages immediately.

The lokation is perfect. Almost in the middle of the settlement, 2 minutes from the sea

Everything was great as for me. However, the pillows are a bit specific and there are people who dislike such.

Our stay at the Beach House was superb . We are returning guests but this time we had a surprise...rooms completely renovated ...wow !!! Spacious and comfy as usual , with everything brand new.... nice decor , modern furniture, beautiful bathroom..... Staff has been great as usual, friendly and professional !!! We were a group of four and we were treated as we were part of the family. Rachael, the owner, was always in touch to make sure our stay was perfect .....and it was !!!! Location is superb...just cross the road and you are in paradise !!!!
