Clean house, bedding, towels, quiet at night, wine, water and map on arrival

Old, tired, utilitarian, functional, not cosy, not well equipped for many people. Loads of things not working - can send full list. Damp under sink and damp smell, 2 power cuts, noisy workmen outside, very difficult access to property due to works, out of date info. Further from centre than advertised. Overall extremely disappointing and the subject of a complaint

the provider should have mentioned the on going road works just at the door step of the premise. by my reckoning, the road works may carry on for the rest of this year if not into next year. noise level from construction was ok. but the inconvenience was not welcome. Host should update their rule book. very confusing instructions about the water heater and where to leave key (rule book mentioned to leave on table whilst host emailed to put into lock box)

A rua estava em obras sem acesso por carro e difícil acesso pedonal. Não fomos avisados nem nos foi oferecida qualquer alternativa ou reembolso. Todas as respostas foram automáticas apesar de repetida tentativas de tentar resolver a situação. É uma postura inaceitável e profundamente perturbadora no contexto de uma cidade já tão perturbada pelo turismo selvagem. Estes proprietários deveriam ser denunciados

Very disappointing stay. I rented this apartment for 15 days for my students, expecting a decent place close to their internship. Instead, we found an unhealthy and poorly maintained apartment. There is serious mold and humidity throughout — in the bathrooms, and on the walls and ceilings of two bedrooms. This is absolutely not suitable for people with asthma or respiratory issues. The washing machine listed does not work. I waited hours for someone to come fix it — twice — and no one showed up, despite being told a team had visited (which is false). My students had to spend money at the laundromat instead. The kitchen is badly equipped; we had to buy basic items ourselves. The pans are unusable, and the cupboards smell strongly of damp and mold. The jacuzzi mentioned in the listing does not exist. On top of that, there is heavy construction noise right in front of the building from 8am to 6pm (jackhammer, excavator). It is impossible to stay in the apartment during the day. The only positive point is the location, close to Marquês metro. This apartment is clearly not worth €1698. Please be honest in your listing and fix these serious issues before renting it again. Rating: 0/5

Baños y cocina sin calefacción. La cocina huele a tubería y su suelo rezuma aguas residuales

La habitaciones son 10/10 equipadas con todo lo necesario, los baños bien pero alguno que otro deberían revisarlos, la ubicación es genial céntrica y todo muy cerca a pie llegas a todos lados, lo único que nos ha pillado obras en toda la calle de la casa y eso limita muchísimo el acceso y con la lluvia íbamos con barro a todas partes

Las instalaciones de los baños deberían revisarse, el resto es todo genial

De accomodatie was niet ingericht voor het aantal personen waarvoor jet gereserveerd is (8). Onvoldoende stoelen, glazen, servies, etcetera. Ook de Jacuzzi was nergens te bekennen.
