O apoio ao cliente do Booking, foi incrivelmente paciente perante a situação insólita.

Após ter feito a reserva e de ter recebido a confirmação da mesma, decidi contactar o proprietário para informar que estaríamos a caminho. Sou informada que o espaço que havia reservado estava já reservado para outros hóspedes e que não podia servir-me do alojamento. Nunca me tinha acontecido tal situação.
