Typical Fisherman's Cottage with amazing sea views!

Loved the location and the quaintness of the building

The only thing was the spiral staircase all through the building, struggled a little bit with cases

It was clean and tea /coffee left

Wifey did not work tg did not work spiral stairs very difficult to climb!

Location was good and well equipped Lovely big white bath towels

The spiral staircase was a nightmare Three flights to get to roof terrace I could not get up to the highest terrace because of the staircase And terrible trying to get cases up the stairs

was unable to use the outside area for a couple of days due to next door’s chimney depositing a thick layer of soot all over . The toaster was tripping the electric so we didn’t use it .

Absolutely adored my stay in this gem. With it's close proximity to the old town and the beach while still maintaining peace and tranquility. Wonderful view of the beach from the sun terrace, Really well equiped and designed for a short and longer term stay.. The personal touches that the owners have in place make this feell very homely. Loved the architectural style and bring alongside long term albuferian residents. They are very tolerant of tourists who we observed to forget that they are near to peoples homes. Of all the properties stayed in over a five week trip this was the best one by far.. Really spacious property for what is a small property on some levels

Accommodation would' be more of a challenge for people with mobility difficulties with the three spiral staircases

location was great and so was the views from the balcony

the shower was really poor(water pressure). basin plug not working. the wifi is very poor.

It was located amongst the locals and close to the beach, bars and shops. The cottage contained everything that you’d need. The roof top terrace and sun bathing area are perfect!!
