The house was very clean, and comfortable.

The air filter should be changed. And the sinks don't drain very well.

Quiet neighborhood, centrally located, had everything you need for a nice little family getaway

Only gave us 2 bath towels for 5 adults. No washcloths at all. Very few plug-ins. Mattresses are very hard.

There were no keys. There is a key pad. The parking spot, for Apartment A, brings you to the back door. However, the key pad is on the front door.

There was a shortage in the smoke alarm the first night, and it beeped every couple of minutes, all night long. It caused me and one of my daughters to lose several hours of sleep. While I was awake for about 3 hours, she didn't get to sleep until 6AM. When we called the customer service line, the next morning, maintenance came and fixed it. However, the customer service agent gave me permission to unplug it, but it was inside of the locked linen closet. Also, the tub had a slow drain and we had to wait until the water went down, after one person showered, so that we could clean the tub and shower. The apartment is cute and I can tell that it has been remodeled, but it is old and the tub should've been remodeled along with everything else. The apartment has an "old" smell. Other than that, if you're looking for an affordable AIR BNB in a decent area, this one shouldn't be overlooked.

I booked through booking.com and tried to send questions through booking.com and they weren't answered. The process to get the address and checkin info was confusing and there were a lot of extra steps. The company had to have a copy of my license and then they had to have my credit card info (even though I already put it in booking.com). Clearly the systems didn't work together and the process of getting all of these automated texts and emails asking for more information was pretty annoying. The process was just cumbersome and I've never had to give someone a copy of my license before so that felt weird. They sent us a code to use once I filled out all of the extra paperwork in their system and it worked. I had asked for an early checkin but they said no. The inside was very basic and minimal and stark. It was clean so that was good. The towels were like sandpaper. Something a little newer would be nice. The curtains in the bedrooms were see through and the porch lights of the other units were bright and the 2nd bedroom had bright light in it all night long. There was a 'coffee bar' but there was no plug for the coffee maker so you had to carry it over to the counter and unplug something else in order to use it. I just didn't understand that. They had coffee packets there but I had to stab them with a fork to get them open. The house could use a few more power strips since there outlets were few and located in challenging locations.
