Pelican Pointe 5B

I love the location and the house its self is amazing, the staff was supper friendly , I also love that there is a bathroom downstairs and one in each bedroom.

My only complaint is the steps from the parking area up to the rooms

I like the location of the condo; very convenient with a private beach. The condo had a large balcony with a great view and direct access to the beach.

I did not like the staff. They were not flexible, as friendly as I expected it and their attitude was more like micromanagement and dishonest. The furniture on the balcony was missing the lounge chair and the furniture was not clean. It was very dusty and there were some hair on it. There wasn't a full body mirror and it was hard to carry our luggage through 3 stories since the bedrooms are on the third floor. The website describes this place as having a work out facility but there wasn't one on-site. The cleaning lady showed up around 11:45 am when we were pulling out of the parking spot assigned to the condo but she told the management that she showed up early and she was not able to clean the place before our things were still in the condo and that is not true. My mother in law was in the condo the entire morning and we had the doors locked so no one came in. We are very disappointed that the housekeeping lady lied so she would not get in trouble for showing up late to clean. We were pulling up out of the parking when she drove in and I got out of my car to let her know that I had picked up all the trash and that I had put all the dishes in the dishwasher as they asked us too. We will not be coming back again.
